Professional Background & Perspective
I’m an organizational psychologist and solo consultant who helps high‑growth leaders navigate complexity with psychological safety and strategic depth. My work sits at the intersection of rigorous data and human behavior. I’ve created more than five custom assessments for organizations, developed data‑driven frameworks, and facilitated workshops that turn insight into meaningful action. With a doctorate in Industrial‑Organizational Psychology and a concentration in Neuropsychology, I bring a deep understanding of how the brain responds to change, stress, and cognitive overload. I’ve designed frameworks and surveys for organizations seeking to better support neurodivergent employees and individuals living with mental illness, and I integrate principles of neuroplasticity, growth mindset, and team development into every engagement. I’ve been invited to present at over eight conferences on custom survey and scale development, recognized through high‑honors society membership, and selected as a campus ambassador for academic leadership. I believe sustainable growth requires more than speed; it requires data with depth and dialogue with safety. I partner with leaders who want clarity that is both measurable and deeply human.
